Note
i) a) Separate application form will be issued for each of the courses given at Sl No: 1 to 9 in Group A and for Sl. No. 1, 2, 11 & 12 in Group B.
b) One combined application form for courses given at Sl No. 3 to 6 and another single application form for courses given at Sl No 7 to 10 in Group-B will be issued.
c) A common application form will be issued for all UG Courses [except BSc Nursing (Post-Basic)] and course allotment made through counseling.
d) For BSc Nursing (Post-Basic) Course, separate application form will be issued.
ii) In respect of the PG Courses in Group-A Sl No: 6 to 9 and Group-B Sl. No. 3 to 12, candidates appearing for final year examination of the courses specified for eligibility may also apply, subject to submission of pass certificate at the time of counseling.
iv) Selection will be made on merit, based on the marks secured in the Entrance Examination conducted by this University on All India basis in respect of Group-A and C courses. For Group-B courses, selection will be made on the basis of marks secured in the interview.
v) The University shall not be liable for any postal delay or loss in transit.

Prospectus and application form may be obtained from the Registrar on requisition mentioning clearly the name of the course(s) applied for with a Demand Draft for Rs. 975/- (Rupees Nine hundred and seventy five only) drawn in favour of "The Registrar, SRMC & RI (DU), Porur, Chennai-116" or in person by paying Rs. 900/- (Rupees Nine hundred only) for each application at the University Office.
