Candidates seeking admission can obtain application form & prospectus at the branches of State Bank of Mysore listed at the end of the notification on payment of Rs.200/- for general merit/payment/other category candidates and Rs.100/- for SC/ST/Cat-1 candidates. Outstation candidates can obtain application forms through post by sending a self-addressed envelop of A4 size (affixing a stamp of Rs.50/-) along with a D.D for requisite amount as mentioned above, drawn in favour of Finance Officer, Bangalore University, Bangalore to Register, Bangalore University, Jnana Bharathi Campus, Bangalore-560056.
Candidates seeking admission to more than one course have to submit separate application forms for each course.
Candidates seeking admission under payment category need to submit separate application forms under "payment category". Completed applications should be submitted to the Chairperson/Director/Co-ordinator of the concerned post graduate departments at Jnana Bharathi Campus/Central college campus/P.G centre Kolar. Applications received after the last date will not be accepted under any circumstances. Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected.
