MFC Admission Notice
The Department of Financial Studies, announces admission to the XXI batch of the Two-Year (full time) Master of Finance and Control (MFC) Programme for the academic session commencing from July 2007. The programme offers excellent career respects in Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis & Portfolio Management, Financial Services, International Finance, Equity Research, Treasury Management, Insurance, Mutual Funds and related areas.
Eligibility
Graduate (under 10+2+3) / Post Graduate in any discipline, with atleast 50% marks from the University of Delhi or any other University recognized as equivalent thereto. Reservation of seats as per the University rules for SC / ST and physically challenged candidates.
Candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor's Degree can also apply.
Test Centres
The Admission Test will be held on Sunday, January between 11.00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. at Delhi, Bangalore, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow and Mumbai.
Placement
Students of the previous batches have been placed in leading organizations such as SBI Caps, DSP Merrill Lynch, HLL, UTI, GE, PFC, Ranbaxy Labs, ICICI Bank, Kotak Group, TCS, SEBI, Jones Lang Lasalle, Citi Financials, CB Richard Ellis etc.
How to apply
The prospectus and application form are available between 10.00 A.M and 1.00 P.M (from Mon to Fri.) from the office of the Department (Room No. 329), Arts Faculty Building, South Campus on cash payment of Rs. 700/- (Rs. 200/- for SC / ST Candidates on submission of an attested copy of caste certificate) or by post, against a Demand Draft of Rs. 750/- (Rs. 250/- for SC/ST Candidates) drawn in favour of "Director, University of Delhi South Campus" payable at State Bank of India, New Delhi along with two self-addressed slips of size 2" x 5". The application form can also be downloaded from www.mfc.edu. The downloaded form should be accompanied by the Demand Draft as specified above and mailed to / submitted in the Department.
